Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use research output, including verifying accuracy and ensuring that your outreach complies with the laws, platform rules and communication regulations that apply to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive communications
• Attempt to access private, gated or non-public data through the service
• Reverse engineer, resell or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or third-party platform policy

Subscription

Paid plans provide access to features and usage allowances described on the pricing page. Plan contents and allowances may change; material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the interval you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

AI-generated information

Research summaries, scores, simulations, recommendations and outreach drafts are produced with AI assistance. They are interpretations, not statements of verified fact, and may be incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee accuracy, and you should verify material information independently.

Prospect research limitations

CallingProspect analyses publicly available business information. Availability and quality of signals varies by business, and some fields may be unavailable or uncertain. Confidence indicators are provided as guidance only.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and branding are owned by CallingProspect. These terms do not transfer any ownership in the platform to you.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, third-party outages and other factors may cause interruption.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required for security or legal reasons.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallingProspect is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
