Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information CallingProspect collects when you use the platform at callingprospect.com, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It is written in plain language and is intended to describe our actual practices rather than to assert any certification or regulatory status.
This document is maintained by CallingProspect and may be updated as the product evolves.
Account information
When you create an account we collect the information required to identify and authenticate you — typically your email address, a display name, and authentication metadata provided by your chosen sign-in method.
Business and prospect information
When you research a prospect, you submit identifiers such as a business name, website URL, social profile or other reference. We process that input, together with publicly available information about the business, to produce research output inside your workspace.
CallingProspect is designed to work with publicly available business information. It does not attempt to access private accounts, gated systems or non-public personal records.
Uploaded content
You may upload screenshots or images to support a research run. Uploaded files are stored in your workspace and processed to generate research output.
Usage information
We collect operational information such as feature usage, credit consumption, error reports and basic technical logs. This is used to run, secure and improve the service.
AI-generated research
Research output, opportunity scoring, simulations and outreach drafts are generated with the assistance of AI models. Generated content is an interpretation of available signals and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
Authentication
Authentication is handled through our authentication provider. Where you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive only the profile fields that provider shares with us, such as your email address and display name.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate and maintain the platform
- Produce research, scoring, simulations and outreach for your workspace
- Authenticate you and secure your account
- Measure usage against plan limits and credits
- Diagnose issues and improve product quality
- Communicate with you about your account and the service
Data storage
Data is stored using managed database, authentication and file storage infrastructure operated by our hosting and backend providers. Access to workspace data is restricted to your account through row-level access rules.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, scoped access controls and per-user data isolation. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim any specific security certification unless it is explicitly published by us.
Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication services, AI model inference, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
Data retention
Workspace data is retained while your account is active. When you delete a record it is removed from your workspace. When you close your account, associated data is scheduled for deletion, subject to any limited retention required for security, billing or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can access and export your research from within the product, correct your account information, delete individual records, and request deletion of your account. To make a request that cannot be completed in-product, contact us using the details below.
