How it works

The sequence, step by step.

  1. 1. Upload

    Choose a UTF-8 CSV exported from Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, or another structured source.

  2. 2. Review mapping

    CallingProspect detects common business, contact, website, social, and custom columns for you to review.

  3. 3. Resolve duplicates

    Existing records are identified using business domains, email addresses, and available names before import.

  4. 4. Choose research

    Imported records remain under your control. You decide which businesses to research and when to spend credits.

Works with exports, not just one vendor

The importer is designed for reasonably structured prospect data rather than a single provider. It supports Apollo exports, HubSpot exports, Salesforce exports, Google Sheets exports, and custom CSV files without claiming a native connection to those products.

Review before anything changes

Detected fields are shown before import, including business identity, first and last name, role, contact details, website, and social links. Columns that do not match a standard field can remain attached as custom data.

Import is separate from AI prospect research

Uploading a list does not qualify, research, or contact anyone automatically. Importing is free; deeper AI prospect research uses the existing research workflow and its clearly displayed credit cost only after you choose a prospect.
